Understanding property. Recognising potential.

I am Marc-Patrick Pingel, a Diplom-Wirtschaftsingenieur specialising in real estate economics and management, qualified at HAWK in Holzminden. My studies covered property valuation, investment, financing and project development. I combine this economic grounding with practical experience in the Spanish property market.

I have worked in property since 2015, including brokerage and management at Immovesla. My background also includes commercial experience at Daimler, K+S and HARIBO in Spain and extensive digital marketing knowledge, which I apply to property marketing and reaching prospective buyers.

My passion is property brokerage: helping owners sell and helping buyers and investors find suitable properties in Barcelona, its surroundings and other parts of Spain. I analyse market conditions, comparable properties, development potential and financial viability. I guide clients through valuation, marketing, property searches and negotiations, helping them understand the financial and contractual aspects of each transaction.

Since 2022, as managing director of Immobilienwirtschaft Barcelona, S.L., I have also acquired and managed my own properties and looked after property assets for other owners. I specialise in property investment and project development, from acquisition, refurbishment and renovation to letting and sale, particularly of commercial premises. Experience from my own projects brings a practical perspective to the advice I give clients.

I have lived in Barcelona since 2010 and work with clients in German, Spanish and English. My approach centres on clear communication, personal guidance and assessments grounded in financial analysis.
