_ga and _ga_[identifier] · Google Analytics cookies · distinguish browsers and sessions · configured for at most 180 days from creation, without extending expiry at each visit; browsers may shorten this period. They are only set after permission for statistics.

Security cookies or protections applied by the hosting platform serve to deliver and protect the service. Google Maps and Google Ads tags are not embedded. Google Analytics loads only with permission for statistics.

First-party statistics

With consent we count property views and a 30-second engagement signal to understand interest in listings. Requests go to our own website. We store a reference, event type, date and daily pseudonymous identifier, not a plain IP address in this table. We use a 30-day reporting window and remove older entries in housekeeping triggered by website use.

Google Analytics 4

Only if you allow statistics do we also use Google Analytics 4 to measure page and property views and clicks on phone, email and WhatsApp links. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Google receives cookie identifiers, usage data and technical connection and device data. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers or form contents; URL query parameters and fragments are removed. A contact click does not prove that an enquiry was sent.

We do not enable Google Ads, Google Signals or personalised advertising.

Rejecting or withdrawing permission stops measurement and removes Analytics cookies accessible from the site. Change your choice through “Cookie settings”. No information is sent to Google Analytics before you accept.

Change your choice

Use “Cookie settings” in any page’s footer. “Necessary only” rejects statistics; you may allow them or save your selection. Withdrawal stops new events and removes visit markers in this tab. You can also clear site data in your browser. External services open only when you follow their links.
