Eudomi is the trading name used on this website by Immobilienwirtschaft Barcelona, S.L.U., represented by its director, Marc-Patrick Pingel. A listing does not mean the company owns the property. The seller or landlord and each participant’s role must be identified in the transaction documents.

Property information and contracts

Listings provide initial information. Browsing, an enquiry, an email draft or a viewing request does not by itself create a reservation, an accepted purchase offer, an agency instruction or a sale or tenancy agreement. Specific obligations depend on valid agreements and applicable law.

Before reserving, paying, signing or making commitments, request full current information: availability, parties’ identity and authority, price and a breakdown of taxes, expenses and fees, areas, title and charges, occupation, physical condition and relevant technical or administrative documents. Where applicable, check permits, permitted use, energy certification and conditions for alterations or a change of use. Eudomi remains responsible for providing legally required pre-contractual information.

Areas, plans, photographs and layout proposals should be read in context and checked against available documents and, where appropriate, a viewing or professional assessment. A proposed alteration or use is not an approved permit. Estimated returns are not guaranteed results.

Information must be truthful and current. Please report discrepancies for checking and correction. These notices do not exclude legal responsibility for inaccurate information or allow unilateral changes to agreed terms. Any binding effect that the law gives to offers or advertising, and non-waivable consumer rights, remain unaffected.

Scope of services

Agency, advice and management services are defined in the relevant engagement. Lawyers, notaries, tax advisers, architects and other specialists are involved separately where needed. General website information does not replace legal, tax, planning or technical assessment of a specific transaction.

Use and intellectual property

Use the website lawfully and provide only your own information or information you are authorised to share. Do not include identity documents, bank details or other particularly sensitive information in an initial enquiry.

Texts, photographs, plans, brands and designs are protected by their respective owners’ rights. Publication does not authorise commercial reuse. External links lead to independent services or sources with their own terms.

Responsibility and applicable law

The operator is responsible as required by applicable law. Technical incidents and third-party content are assessed according to the circumstances and the operator’s legal duties. Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and consumer, privacy and complaint rights, are not limited.

Spanish law applies without prejudice to applicable mandatory rules and consumer protections. Disputes belong to the courts competent under the law, including mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules.
