Controller
The controller is Immobilienwirtschaft Barcelona, S.L.U., NIF B66954256, Carrer de Castanyer 10, 2º 1ª, 08022 Barcelona. Privacy and rights contact: marc@eudomi.com.
Data, purposes and legal bases
Enquiries and viewings: identification and contact details, preferences, property references and messages you provide are used to respond, arrange appointments or take pre-contractual steps at your request (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). General enquiries are handled on our legitimate interest in answering voluntary contacts (Article 6(1)(f)); you may object.
Contracts, legal duties and claims: necessary data are processed to perform engagements, meet applicable legal obligations and establish or defend claims, as appropriate under Article 6(1)(b), (c) or (f). Specific information is provided when further transaction documents are requested.
First-party statistics: only with your consent (Article 6(1)(a)), we count property views and a 30-second engagement signal. The server derives a daily pseudonymous identifier from the IP address; the IP itself is not stored in our statistics table. Pseudonymisation is not anonymisation. We do not use profiles to make decisions with legal effects.
Security and operation: the hosting platform processes connection data, such as IP addresses and technical logs, to deliver the website and prevent abuse, based on the legitimate interest in security and availability. Enquiries do not subscribe you to advertising.
Google Analytics 4
Only if you allow statistics do we also use Google Analytics 4 to measure page and property views and clicks on phone, email and WhatsApp links. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Google receives cookie identifiers, usage data and technical connection and device data. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers or form contents; URL query parameters and fragments are removed. A contact click does not prove that an enquiry was sent.
Google Analytics is provided in the EEA by Google Ireland Limited and may involve processing by Google LLC in the United States. Current details and transfer safeguards: https://business.safety.google/adsprocessorterms/; Google privacy information: https://policies.google.com/privacy. We do not enable Google Ads, Google Signals or personalised advertising.
Rejecting or withdrawing permission stops measurement and removes Analytics cookies accessible from the site. Change your choice through “Cookie settings”. No information is sent to Google Analytics before you accept.
Contact process
The form prepares a draft in your browser. It does not send it to FormSubmit or another form service. Fields remain in page memory and are lost on reload. You may open your email application or copy the text and send it to marc@eudomi.com. We receive an enquiry only when you send it.
Name and email are requested for the draft; phone and additional message text are optional. You can also email or call directly. WhatsApp, Google Maps and other external links voluntarily open those services under their privacy terms. Google Maps and Google Ads tags are not embedded. Google Analytics loads only with permission for statistics.
Recipients and providers
Authorised company personnel and necessary hosting, security and email providers have access to relevant data. This website uses OpenAI Sites and its Cloudflare infrastructure. Emails are processed by the sender’s and recipient’s providers.
Where a transaction requires it and a legal basis exists, relevant data may be shared with owners, buyers, professional collaborators, notaries or authorities. Sharing must be limited to what is necessary, with the applicable information provided when transaction data are collected.
Technology infrastructure and external services may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. Transfers governed by the GDPR require an adequacy decision or other valid safeguards under Articles 44 onwards. Request information about providers and applicable safeguards at marc@eudomi.com.
Retention
Enquiries are kept while being handled and followed up. Data must then be deleted once no longer necessary. If a contractual relationship follows, they are retained for its management and applicable statutory periods. Data required for legal obligations or claims are restricted to the relevant limitation periods.
First-party statistics are read over a 30-day window; older records are deleted by automatic housekeeping performed on website visits. Privacy choices expire after 180 days. Favourites and language remain in the browser until deleted. You may request deletion of enquiry data, subject to legal retention duties.
Your rights
Request access, correction, erasure, objection, restriction and, where applicable, portability at marc@eudomi.com or the postal address above. Describe your request; further identity information is requested only where necessary.
Withdraw statistics consent at any time through “Cookie settings”. This does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or another competent supervisory authority. We do not make automated decisions with legal effects about you.
