Making a complaint

Send complaints by email or post and keep a copy. Explain the facts, your requested solution and relevant supporting documents. Consumer complaints are handled and answered within the applicable legal period, no later than one month. You may request the official complaint form (“hoja oficial de queja, reclamación y denuncia”).

If there is no timely or satisfactory response, contact the relevant public consumer office or the Agència Catalana del Consum. Court proceedings and other statutory remedies remain available. This notice does not claim membership of a consumer arbitration scheme.
