A substantial contemporary villa in Vallirana

The idea behind this home

This illustrative design proposes a high-end villa on generous terraced grounds. Contemporary warm-white volumes, honey-coloured limestone and broad glazing open towards covered terraces. A substantial swimming pool and landscaped pine garden match the scale of the house without suggesting a beachfront location.

The main living room is imagined at double height, with natural oak and a refined stone kitchen establishing the material palette. Several bedroom suites show how a large home could accommodate different routines. The surrounding scene remains wooded inland hills rather than an invented coastal panorama.
