A townhouse with roof terrace and patio in Arenys de Mar

The idea behind this home

The proposal imagines a traditional row house with pale blue-grey plaster, white window trim and dark green shutters. A simple wrought-iron balcony and a terracotta rooftop terrace express a coastal-town character. A stone patio is placed behind the house, enclosed by the neighbouring buildings.

Inside, a warm renovation is proposed that retains wooden beams and combines them with a modern cream kitchen. Four bedrooms complete the family-home idea. Nearby houses remain part of the scene, while the patio and roof terrace offer two different outdoor settings at a manageable scale.
